This was the best deli sandwich I've had in years!!! Absolutely blow away by the portions and how soft and delicious the bread was! The whole thing was bigger than my forearm and I loved every bite! I also got the potato soup (it came with more heart stopping bread) and it was delicious!!! The owners were very nice and welcoming.... I will absolutely be back

Lovely little place! The owners were so nice! The food was good and the servings were much bigger than we were expecting. We got the wheat bread for the sandwiches and it was delicious. We also got some donuts and they were very good as well. We were in another store afterwards, and the owner of that store raved about the owners and the restaurant as well.

**The pic is just half a sandwich. :) This place was amazing today 5/29/25, it has been many, many years since I've had their donuts and never tried anything else until today. The Chicken Salad sandwich was delicious!!! The bread was phenomenal. So fresh and very soft like biting into a cloud. It was fully loaded too. The gentleman serving was very kind and proud of his food. The lady at the counter was sweet and friendly. So inviting and lots of smiles. Good energy! The Apple Fritter heated up was perfection...Perfect amount of moist and crunch. The inside is darling and you can even get a window seat to look outside on Main Street and people watch. I will definitely be coming back here ever cpl wks to try other items from their menu and bakery. What a gem.

Great unfussy spot to sit and have a bite or take something to go. Came in to get some work done and avoid some traffic. The staff, who I presume were the owners, were incredibly kind and seemed to know everyone that walked in. They have so much variety from sandwhiches, salads, smoothies, ice cream, donut, pie, soup!

Went out to Platapus Joe's out there on the river and took him and his stab Torpedo Annie a couple of sandwiches from the Rio Vista Bakery & Cafe. They were sure happy to get those sandos, I guess they're tired of eating fish every day. Fishing for most people is a pleasurable experience, but when you have to do it to survive it becomes a chore. I'm lucky it's still a passion of mine. The sandwiches were Amazing! 5 stars

Kept hearing good things about this place I work in Rio Vista and I've never had been was my first time. My sandwich was delicious. Reasonably prized service was very quick, and the owners were very nice. Got a large sandwich drink and even dessert for under $20.
